I really like peak properties as a renting company! They are timely about anwsering maintance call as awell as fixing any discrepancies that happen w/ out rent. The aparment is great value for what you are getting. The other units around us are respectful of their noise, overall I think this a great place to live

You've seen my Yelp reviews. Since the new maintenance coordinator started things have improved a lot (like really a lot! THANK you!) but I can't forget the carbon monoxide debacle of last year. And the fact is I still have to follow up repeatedly for any effective action to be taken on maintenance requests. Maybe if you can close the loop on the requests where I don't hear back, speak, or interact with anyone on the other end, it would be more apparent what action is taken and it wouldn't seem as though 75% of requests go completely ignored. A written response to those requests where the action might be missed would be fantastic.
