Quaint place to live

We chose this apartment for the price and it has everything we need. Although a little small, the neighborhood is probably the best thing about this apartment. It is a little outdated, but the price matches the quality.

Room for improvement

Hello, I am encouraged to see this survey. Overall the level of service I've received from this property management company has been less than optimal. The primary point of contact has left recently, so I'm hoping it improves. From needing to follow up several times for any requests to be asked to provide incredible ammount of detail whenenver i need help, it doesnt make me feel like i'm a priority. Additionally, whenever my rent is a day late due to auto payment, I get an email immedietly..
