The area is great, however you can hear the people next to and below you in the apartment along with trains that go by. It’s almost like the walls and windows aren’t there it’s so bad

I've lived here for three months and I originally picked it for the area. The overall place is nice, but construction around it has not finished, which causes traffic and noise. The people in the apartment are nice and friendly. However, there is so much trash that is not put away properly and packages in the mailroom/lobby that are left there. Maintenence has been prompt to fix broken washer/dryer and other work that needs to be done, but they did paint a wall I did not ask for.

Amazing location for great price. Lack of amentities. Alley noises are loud and often.
