I've lived here since 2021 and the management company has been disorganized, slow to respond, and lacked accountability the entire time. So many solutions are just covering up much bigger issues with the property.

I have enjoyed living here for over a year now. My partner and I love the neighborhood and location of our unit, as well as the price. However it is an older building so needs more maintenance, but we get quick responses to any of our needs.

The property manager does not answer or return phone calls and is very delayed when answers emails. Maintenance work is inconsistent on coming to fix things and typically will not fix anything when he comes.

I really appreciate the response and turn around time for maintenance requests. When we first looked at the location, the agent mentioned they would be upgrading the countertops in the near future, but two years later we haven't heard if anything is going to be done with that. The shower tile could also benefit from some attention. Overall, a great experience with a leasing company I would recommend.
