I've lived in my apartment managed by Peak Properties for a bout a year and four months and so far the experience has been good. Move-in was smooth and my apartment was well-cleaned and maintained on move-in. I've had a couple of maintenance requests that were promptly attended to. The location in Logan Square is fantastic and I am friendly with my neighbors in the building, who are all courteous and responsible.
