My place is great and so far Peak Properties is a great management company to work with. They are super quick to resolve my maintenance requests and I like that I can pay my rent online (instead the check method). This year will be my third year resigning the lease here.

The location is superb! We have wonderful neighbors, and overall this apartment would be really great. The only thing is the residual litter box odor from the upstairs utility closet that was left over from the previous tenant. I've been inquiring about assistance and repair requests from our property management company, Peak Properties, since August 16th 2021. I'm leaving this review on the evening of November 21st. Not only has it been over 3 months, the head staff has been mostly unresponsive except for when they send an email which is both dismissive and avoidant, claiming that they are still doing "research" on the issue. At this point it is clear that they are unwilling to find an actual solution. They did bring us charcoal bags that were supposed to "eat the odor" but it worked for about a week or two at most. The odor is strong and extremely offensive, and prevents us from using the closet as advertised. Hopefully they'll be a little more proactive after seeing this review.
