I've lived in the building for a year and just re-signed for a second year. Management is somewhat responsive, will respond to very urgent requests. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

This property has not been maintained as when we moved in our Movin-Fee was taken which should have been utilized partially to clean the apartment but when we came in it was absolutely filthy with beers bottles found in vents and coat of dust on the floors that took multiple washes to clean. The vents have never been cleaned as dust is consistently being pushed out and excacerbating the issue, and it is generally badly maintained. There were leaks in the roof which took the staff almost a month and a half to respond to, and when they brought workers they did not notify us when they would arrive so we couldn't adjust our schedules for the noise. We have had multiple maintenance issues that require follow ups which could be solved quickly but the severe lack of communication has required us to follow up. The maintenance staff is good and when they are provided the issue they are timely and effective in their work but the staff places the onus of communication on them which does not seem proper considering an email would be sufficient detail. The layout of the apartment was great for our needs but our qualms are purely based on the lack of communication from staff, unaddressed issues, and increasing prices despite a lack of proper maintenance and service which we addressed.
