We love our apartment here - the value for square footage is great. Also being a 5 minute walk to Chinatown and the Red Line is super convenient. Residents are pretty low key and the building is well run/managed. Also, the maintenance team is one of the best I've ever seen.

So far so good, moved in recently. Prime location, easy access to redline, apartments are great and spacious, somewhat noisy due to train tracks being right behind but you get used to it. very secure, efficient and friendly property management/maintenance. definitely would suggest living here to anyone.

We have lived here over a year and chose to continue to live here because of the great bones of the apartment, our awesome neighbors, and the convenience to the Red line. The building itself is somewhat regularly cleaned but the property is in need of attention by management.

if youre ok having absolutley 0 ties with your landlord and have the tow your car - come live here... direct deposit impossible to set up 2 years living here. 60 bucks each month in debit card fees. the gate for the parking lot broke a year ago - hasnt been fixed. all in all a property in decay. but its exposed brick and a view of the skyline. so thats cool.
