We have lived here over a year and chose to continue to live here because of the great bones of the apartment, our awesome neighbors, and the convenience to the Red line. The building itself is somewhat regularly cleaned but the property is in need of attention by management.
the view is good. the building and the property mgmt are not
if youre ok having absolutley 0 ties with your landlord and have the tow your car - come live here... direct deposit impossible to set up 2 years living here. 60 bucks each month in debit card fees. the gate for the parking lot broke a year ago - hasnt been fixed. all in all a property in decay. but its exposed brick and a view of the skyline. so thats cool.
Noisy & Smelly
I have lived here a long time - I have been mostly satisfied until the last 6 months. It has become a frat house with parties, noise, dogs barking frequently, weed smell, and mess. I am done complaining about it because nothing happens which is why I gave staff such a low score. Plus there is never anyone answering their phones at the office when I call.
