1900 S. Clark street is a beautiful red brick building in the South Loop with unique loft apartments. Alright

Depending on neighbors the apt can be great or unbearable. The ceilings and walls are so thin that you can hear almost everything that goes on from the adjoining units. In terms of maintenance and staff, it is about 80/20. More often than not I am able to get a hold of the staff when I need to but there are occasions where I deal with unresponsiveness or it can take some time for issues to be addressed. I will say however that this location can't be beat in terms of convenience.

Great loft space, but too expensive

paying the same amount for a loft with 0 amenities as you could get at a high rise with a doorman, pool, gym, etc. updates are done on the cheap and look sloppy. walls are so thin i can hear my neighbors talking at a normal level. was told there would be a dog run built, but it's just a muddy patch that's not gated. only upside is the gated parking lot, but the gate is always broken and left open.

Constant maintenance issues that rarely get resolved. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate.
