We have lived here almost a year, and absolutely love the building and the staff. It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond most of the time. It's a great place to live!

As a single woman these are the perfect lofts i feel very safe drom the moment we walknin the door and enter out codes to rhe way our packages are handle. The parking lot is a big plus. Love it here !

Great location, parking is great if you get yourself a spot, but the paper thin walls between units has been a hinderance. You’ll hear your neighbor’s music, conversations, pets, etc. at all times. One neighbor frequently uses their unit for concerts so if you want an entertainment space / living space, this could be a great building for you. If you want quiet within units or work from home, would not recommend.

Lived here for three years and love the building. Tons of character and style in the exposed brick walls and modern amenities. Spacious, and well lit. Exposed wood beams a huge plus. Gym on the ground floor, and well located in Pilsen.
