The apartment is great, tons of space and light. All the extras are variable - the noise from opening garage doors and the stairwells sounds like its right inside the apartment. The parking garage spaces are very tight. The parking lot spaces seem normal enough. The maintenance staff and all contractors have been great to deal with. The management company representatives are non-responsive and heavy-handed. There aren't really any amenities in the building, but the common spaces are well maintained.
