Been here 3 years! The location is perfect for us. Pros: SS appliances, nice countertops, butterfly buzzer system, elevator, spacious ground floor balcony area, nice wood laminate flooring in living room, open concept design, large living windows, good property maintenance of lobby and front entrance area (seasonal plants and leaf blowing), storage is affordable Cons: increasing laundry cost ($4 per load to wash/dry), carpet in bedrooms, aging cabinets, aging bathroom lighting fixtures, outdated sliding doors, theyre rickety and prone to breaking. Being on the first floor, sounds from the lobby are extremely loud (anything said is heard from our unit), the online payment system charges fees.

Ive been here a couple years. Best features- updated kitchen appliances, breakfast bar, large living room windows, electriconic/video buzzer system, garbage disposal, trash chutes. Whats just OK - customer service, no luxury finishes (basic closets, basic lighting, basic faucets, and cabinets need refinishing (and in thr case of bathroom, a total replacement).
