Love living here - conveniently right next to the L with many different restaurant, grocery, and bar options. Even though it's next to the L, you don't really hear it because of the concrete foundation of the building. Love the building as a whole - it's fairly new so it's nice enough. My one qualm is that management is never around and the property manager is highly unresponsive. He says he prefers to be emailed, then doesn't respond for days. When you try to call the main management building because you're frustrated he isn't answering your emails, they will transfer you to his phone, and he will not pick up. I don't think he's ever answered the phone once since living here, which is frightening when there's emergencies. I wish management was more present around here and made a more conscious effort to clean the common spaces like the entertainment room, patio, and workout room. Overall good experience here as long as your patient with very mid management.

Great location, to many big dogs. Dog poop in the garbage cans, on the deck? Treadmill has been broken for over 3 months. Remaining treadmill the belt is slipping Dangerous!!!!! Furniture cushions are a joke.

I've lived here for two years. The building is overpriced. It's in a great location, but the central heating and AC don't work for days every time the weather changes. Last summer, we didn't have AC for almost the entire month of June. There is clearly a significant issue with the system,m and they refuse to replace it and just bandaid it every change of season. The amenities offered aren't great. Peleton in the gym hasn't worked since I've lived here. Our washer and dryer are old and need to be replaced, but they won't replace them because they're "functioning".

The location is the best part of living here. Right next to the brown line stop, main street busses nearby, wonderful neighborhood. The building itself is fine, branded as a luxury building but the finishes and build quality leave lots to be desired. Extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Staff never responds to emails. Maintenance requests usually get responded to, but sometimes are just marked as complete even though nothing has happened. Overall a 2.5/5 living experience here so far.

This apartment building is a great place to live, right off the brown line. The apartment itself is very modern and nice and spacious. The only downside is it being in Roscoe Village, great location if that's where you want to be but not that many young people in the area. Gym is a perfect size and the building responds pretty quickly to any issues you are having. I do wish there was a better package system.
