We have lived here for over 20 years and the area is very nice the people are friendly and the building as quiet and clean.

too many noisy children in building. too much latin (mexican) music and celebrating in the common area in the center court and in the summer in the garage and park.

the replacements are always inferior to the originals. the maintenane personnel are extremely noisey....turn the radio in their pickups to super loud causing the floors of the apt to shake and the windows to vibrate. Also rev the motor of the pickup and then squill on the alley causing burning rubber to float into the apt. the location is very handy. close to transportation. within walking distance of the lake. water pressure is low. hard to wash dishes and rinse.
