This location is near so many restaurants and fun locations. It is a 20 minute walk from Wrigley where you can enjoy the nightlife, games, food, and other fun activities. It is super close to public transit which makes getting around so much easier. The space itself is so clean and well maintained you can really make it your own with the simple yet nice foundation. Im so happy to call this a place of my own!

The value clearly isn’t $1600 (don’t make me upset happily paying). The air conditioning does not even close to work. On 6/13/22, when it was 90-98 degrees throughout the day, I left the ac on with all windows closed for 4 hours while I enjoyed downtown. When I left it was 87 in my unit. When I returned it was 94. I have pictures as proof. Submitting a request to fix this ASAP so I don’t die. Lol. Besides those two points, the place is great and I love the neighborhood. Would do it again.
