Much of the critiques I might have are environmental (such as cars making lots of noise during commuting hours and/ or infrequent people doing donuts in muscle cars at the intersection) or circumstantial (it's very expensive to live in one of these apartments by yourself), but the amenities and apartment space itself is quiet and definitely delivers on the updates to utilities.

Nice units and good location. Large living space. Not paying for much amenities other than a small gym. aparmertment has a lot of maintenance issues that go unresolved. No wait for elevator.

There were a few things that needed repair after moving in but the maintenance team quickly resolved them each time. Location is a little out of the way but you get a good space at a very good price.

We are going on our 2nd year living here and we love it. Only bad part is the parking, we wish there were available spots in the garage. Chefs kitchen and a beautiful rooftop with grill makes amazing summers
