I love the building and location. The value is great. The amenities offered are great, but it is very difficult to get support when there are issues. Maitenance issues are solved immediately and always with high quality. However, I got removed from the Butterfly system. When I have tried to contact the office or a staff member to get support, I get a response saying that it should be fixed but I still havent been able to log in. Outside of maitenance, it is difficult to actually talk to someone and get a resolution for issues we experience.
