I've lived here for almost a year and have renewed my lease! Apart from a few unresolved noise complaints that later were resolved, I have throughly enjoyed my time at 6211 N Paulina. The staff can be hard to get in touch with sometimes, but anytime I've submitted a maintenance request, they've been quick to help. Excited for another year!

I've lived in the building for over 6 years. I love the community and the other residents. The building I live in was purchased by Peak recently and since then our experience has been less than ideal. They have been responsive to maintenance challenges with our dishwasher for example but have ignored other communications. Myself and other residents have called and emailed nonstop about noise in the building and issues regarding an airbnb being run out of a unit our building. We were mostly ignored. It's quite a shame because this building has historically had a strong community feel but no longer. Overall, the company is fine but I would love to see more efforts to build relationships with tenants to truly serve them better.
