The kitchen is newly and fully equipped with a custom breakfast bar, Cuisinart cutlery, drip coffeemaker and Chemex pour over. There is no dishwasher. The comfortable 1BR offers a queen bed, charging night stand and blackout curtains to ensure a quality nights rest after a day exploring the city. The bathroom maintains the original tile work and shower fixtures of the building with updated vanity and shower head. Starter toiletries provided. In the winter, radiator heating keeps the apartment warm and in the summer a bedroom window air conditioner keep things cool. (No thermostat in the unit). Free street parking is available directly in front of the unit and on adjacent streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is typically parking right out front. On occasion, especially at night, you may need to park just around the corner. No permit is required- however, please be mindful of posted street cleaning signs etc. Laundry is available in the basement with a coin-operated machine, we can provide tokens if needed.
