Building is taken care of not much amenities but goid lication and affordable rent for good size apartment.

I do enjoy the company and living here. I do wish there were at least one more set of washer and dryers for the shared laundry. I also find the laundry machines to be over priced from previous experiences. Otherwise a lovely place to live. Friendly neighbors. You live in an apartment so yes, there will be noise- welcome to living in a city and older buildings. My apartment has truly been pretty good :) Great staff- super responsive.

Pros: updated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, tall ceilings Cons: loud pipes, poor sound insulation (noise from upstairs neighbors, cars passing), no central ac, no weather proofing done on windows and doors, complicated entrance with 2 very heavy doors, trash constantly left in courtyard,
