I absolutely loved the neighborhood for the 1.5 yrs I lived here! The neighbors in the building are GREAT and it's pet friendly which is important to me. Loved the aesthetic of the apartment and the updates, but the washer and dryer were pretty small/older/noisy. Maintenance was pretty good and pretty responsive, but getting in touch with office staff was quite difficult. They've definitely upped the pricing quite a bit, and ultimately that's what led me to move out. Wish it were more affordable!

You can hear almost every sound through the ceiling, floor and walls. It is a little better right now as my very noisy downstairs neighbor recently moved out. Parking is a nightmare. After 300 PM, the street is full. Obviously street parking is not something that is your responsibility. The building is usually clean. It could use a little more TLC than it gets.
