Rents are a little bit higher than nearby properties but the building is newer and well kept up enough. In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal are nice. Gas included with rent. The attached garage is a great perk (for an extra fee) and the location is great - so close to a couple key busses (72 and the 9) and a short walk to both the blue and red lines, and Metra as well.

Need better outlets of reaching peoopke for help. Maybe have an agent thats associated with certain complexes. It gets way too confusing to figure out who you need to wmail for questions and its too hard to reach anyone over the phone

These apartments are a really nice place to luve. It has access to the 606, really close to 2 blue line stations and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Management is a little distant to the tenants but quite responsive. The staff is amazing and really helpful. Units facing north are more noisy than those facing the back of the building. But noise isolation is decent.

Maintencance requests are either answered several days late, or ignored entirely. Even when we have called to have the maintenance request processed, and put in multiple orders some were still completely ignored. Everything else is great though, and whoever answers the help desk line is extremely nice.
