1545 w north ave tenants

Tenants at 407 play loud music from Thursday 7 pm-Monday 5 am nonstop!!. Literally do not stop playing music for 4 days straight. 've spoken to them multiple times but they don't seem to care. This entire building is cheaply maintained and the property managers are extremely rude.

The ovverral experience has been good. My initial first year the parking situation was not, however. I had a back parking spot and there was insufficient room to park, particularly, with the hotel being built next door. My car sustained a lot of damage and had to be repaired. Staff and maintenance have been good.
