There is dogshit everywhere outside the front of the building

I had a bit of trouble with unsatisfactory move in conditions. However, there has been effort to remediate. Staffs been responsive. I Love the apartment otherwise. Value is INCREDIBLE for location and amount of space

Location is excellent. Having radiators makes the winters pretty cold. They also leak and damage/ warp the surrounding walls and floors. Other than that, it's a great price for the location and square footage!

I have lived here for a month so far and no complaints with the housing however I do have one. The parking is advertised outside however when I called I was notified that the wait was 10 months to a year with no other alternatives given.

We love the location and the size of our apartment, but it's falling apart. The walls and ceiling have mold and when we reach out to maintenance we don't hear back. You can submit multiple tickets and reach out to different departments before you get a response back. It's extremely frustrating.
