Great Management Company

Gorgeous apartment. Very accommodating company. Atrocious parking snd alderman’s office not friendly to requests for zone exceptions. Biggest drawbacks (and why we moved, aside from parking) were no rear access = hauling trash all the way down the block and around and back down & a tiny tub/shower. I’m 5’8” and a fairly small person and had to squeeze in and out. Everything else was fantastic, tho huge vaulted ceilings and spread out layout with no insulation did mean higher energy bills and apartment was never really comfy temp.
