Great location and wonderful landlord

I loved living here. The location was perfect, right next to the park and a decent walk or bike ride to either division Bucktown or Logan square. The apartment was great as the landlord makes sure it is updated and went out of her way to make sure all amenities/appliances worked right. The landlord was so nice and always available to help.
