I wish they would do more cleaning in the public spaces and more landscaping on the outside.

While we love the apartment (location, size, updates, neighbors, location), the common areas lack (cleanliness, upkeep, no amenities such as furniture for the patio, safety as no lights in front, no landscaping). While we love the maintenance staff, the general property manager is difficult to work with. Overall we are enjoy our apartment, we just wish there was a little more attention to detail.

We love love love our apartment. The property management is very receptive to requests and very nice to work with. They are quick and do the job right. The neighbors are amazing and the neighborhood is one of the best in Chicago. The only draw back is the he building common spaces could use some attention (cleaning, landscaping). We couldn't be happier with our choice in apartments.
