Hidden Gem

Beautiful old building with lots of character in an AMAZING location for a GREAT price! Staff is wonderful :) Since it is an old building, there were frequent maintenance requests and a fair amount of back-and-forth emailing required to coordinate. Additionally, it is worth noting that there are younger post-college tenants who enjoy socializing and occasional parties. Nevertheless, my overall experience was pretty great!
