Love the location! Its walkable to everything. The unit is small but nuce. All newly refurbished. We had an issue with noise (the walls are thin) with a particular couple fighting and managment did address it but it took several weeks. Maintenance responds very quickly to any requests. Its nice to have parking but most of it is under the tracks which drips oil on your vehicle. Even if you pay for the other spots it gets on our vehicle. Overflow is full during the day because they let all the staff there so you either need to park before 8am or after 5pm.

This unit was freshly refurbished and everything was updated so we love that. The location is right off milwaukee with access to everything at your fingertips. The downside is the parking (which costs extra) is right beneath thr train and its ear shattering loud if youre outside nearby. It also squirts train oil on your car, even in the paid parking spots. The management is super responsive if you have an issue but there are no included amentities here.

Overall, the unit is on par for price and it’s nice to have parking but the overflow is a cluster. The building management is very responsive. But let’s be real, we’re in it for the location. Aside from the train rattling, couldn’t be in a better location.
