Superintendent Dan is great! Super responsive and attentive to our needs. I'm glad property management continued to allow doormats and door decor. I was pretty disappointed to see that email asking for us to remove them, but I'm glad they listened to the residents and took the feedback on board. In regards to the updates made to the laundry room and storage locker area, it would have been nice to see the sealed flooring extend into the storage locker units. Basic lighting in each unit would also be a great addition as it is very dark in there. I'm also curious if the washing machines are serviced regularly. I've had a few pieces of white/light-colored clothing ruined by the machines. For example, a white blouse came out with brown spots on it in the pattern of the holes of the washing machine drum. This has happened on a few occasions. Because of this, I need to hand wash several items of clothing, which isn't very convenient.

We have lived in our unit for 15 years now. The owner cares about the building and the tenants. Dan and the rest of the management team are quick to respond with solutions to any problems that arise.

This building is well-maintained with caring and helpful staff. The updated kitchen is beautiful, and I love the open layout which is hard to find these days. Lots of natural light too! Great location.
