Loving here has been great! The leasing office has been easy to communicate with and I love the security measures for packages as well as the doorman. The rooftop view is the cherry on top!!

Tammy Review
Tammy was not helpful and did not answer my question over the phone, instead had me answer it for myself. She claimed she emailed me about an issue but the email solely stated to read the attached letter. There were no attachments to the email.

I love living in 14 w elm but the prices are getting too high to make it worth it.

I am going on my 3rd year of living here. Love the location, building staff, and my apartment. The amenities do the job, I do wish they would put a bit more into the rooftop with nicer lounge areas - but I still use it regularly. Highlights: building events, great staff, charming character, friendly tenants, great price, best location Lowlights: elevators tend have issues (also small for moving in/out), no on-site parking / limited availability.
