It's good enough

It is a good place to live in Chicago, and we can tolerate it! Is it the most fancy and updated? No. Is the person upstairs loud all the time? Yes. But is it good enough to live in? Yes! The neighborhood is good, the hardwood floors are nice, layout is comfortable, overall it works for us.

The building needs safety updates. The front door needs to be replaced. I can hear my neighbors pretty easily. Price is decent for area!

I love the neighbors and the neighborhood. Maintenance is great, super helpful. When trying to contact staff it’s hard to navigate because you don’t have a directory or a way of getting ahold of people easily. I don’t know who to contact for my lease
