I’m pleased with my rent amount and location but the maintenance is not updated

It will be 6 mos. in May/2025 since I moved in. I did not have hot water for the 1st mo. which took that long to fix the problem the old boiler did not work too old. Also, the Dryer does not work and the Refrigerator does not cool as it should causing my food to spoil rather quickly the bottom compartment the freezer works fine. The neighborhood is nice and I would recommend this area to anyone. I will be making another maintenance request regarding the refrigerator and dryer after I finish this review, I just wish that Cornelius and Rahela would show a little more Empathy and put themselves in our/tenants shoes. The last time I spoke to Rahela regarding any issues she said I have another call, I'll call you back haven't heard from her since and that was 2 mo. ago. I just called Cornelius and spoke to him told him my issue and said he will resolve it regarding ComEd. Overall I like living here nice and spacious. Nevertheless, there's always room for improvement in any aspect of the word. Looking forward to residing here many years to come!
