Peace and quiet

This is a very quiet area and quiet building. The recent remodeling and the closeness to the lake were the reasons I renewed my lease.

I love this building

I love the building. It is very well taken care of. There is a wonderful landlady, Seada who is the absolute best. She cleans the public spaces and is always so friendly to talk with. I'm very very very thankful for her. The only downside is my unit is not renovated so I do not have the dishwasher. Other than that, I love the space.

A hidden gem.

Close to the lake and way quieter than one would expect. Truly a walkable neighborhood. I will renew lease next year no doubt.
