Amenities Could Be Better
I have lived in this building for close to 4 years. My current unit does not have a dishwasher, however I know some do. Other than that, I love where I live.
Long-Time Resident and Loving it
I've been with the company through three apartments spanning thirteen years. And throughout everything, those apartments were clean and safe environments, both inside and outside; were cared for and maintained by a wonderful, caring staff, both on and off the premises, who went beyond the call of duty to make me feel welcome and involved; and were priced better (and more understanding of the economic hardships of its tenants when dealing with the fallout of a housing crisis as well as a global pandemic) than most places my friends were dealing with at other companies. In short, I'm loyal to this company because they, I feel, are loyal to me.
Peace and quiet
Only four blocks from the lake. Short walk to the red line. Many things in walking distance. When something breaks it gets fixed quick. These reasons are why I renewed my lease again.
