Great value for the neighborhood, close to transportation and shopping.

Ive lived here since Feb 15, 2019. Based off of my current financial situation, I can only complain about my living situation in my head. Im blessed to have a roof over my head, but it would be better if the owners would check in with me to see if a tenant needs are being met. I mean cmon!

Living here has gone from great to traumatic at times. Maintenance could be better. Upkeep definitely needs to be better. We used to have an exterminator. I guess I will have to provide one for myself.

I mean look, either ur renting or ur owning, bottom line! I dont like the fact that the only way that youre guaranteed to hear from ur landlord woudl be if your late with the rent, which I NEVERRRR am! BUT! At the same time, my recent concerns, be it minor, have not been addressed. Which is a MAJOR concern of mine! What if my ceiling fell in, which is possible, what if, I dunno, im not gonna mention anything else because it could HAPPEN, but STILL! I could nitpick all day, but I wont. Just know that I dont expect much accept a clean hallway, and fix whatever minor that I may have going on in my unit! Thats it! If the window was broken, then either fix it for me, or allow me to do so and you compensate me accordingly! (Clearly thats one of my existing problems!) Other than that, what can you really do?
