I have enjoyed living here. The layout is nice and it is very spacious for a studio. The location is also great and quiet. The units are not very new or updated, but I am glad to be here.

The location is great, very nice and quiet and chill with easy access to transportation. I personally also love the layout of the studio apartments where there is some separation between the kitchen and living space.

if you like sleep, you will not get it here. heaters scream for 30 min every 4-5 hrs. if you like loud movies . your neighbors will hear it. if its not broken dont fix it. not worth your money. i asked for better sockets and he just told me to squeeze my plugs. they still dont fit, so i dont use them. great place if your social. they do random weird events to win stuff. they do have laundry mat on site..but it takes your money whenever its not working. or just wont work at all. so i never use them. good luck to all who wanna live here. sorry for those who have to.

The building is very unkept. My windows have holes in them, which lets bugs come in and will be an issue once we approach winter. The communal stairs that lead to units smells terrible and needs to be cleaned/kept better.
