Renters appreciate the great location, affordable and reasonable rent, and the updated and nice apartments. Many residents find value in the spacious units and the excellent rooftop with great city views. The open floor plans and natural light from large windows are notable features. I have been living in this building for 7 years. I love the location. I am able to walk to everything I need. I am glad I have a parking spot. Otherwise parking would be difficult

I have been living here since 20202 and the amenities and maintenance has been getting worse every single year. My rent goes up annually yet everything gets worse in quality.

It's loud and there's a ton of homeless people nearby and nastiness coming in the windows and AC units from the streets nearby and the highway. Everything is always broke and the staff never fix anything

Only been living here for about a week, but the location has been nothing but perfect! The apartment is a good value for what we pay. Peak properties staff is great as well and very responsive.
