Living here has been so convenient for work and school. The location is great. I would update the amenities that are provided especially for the price (1,900). You can find similar price in the same location, but they include in unit washing/drying, dishwasher, A/C, etc, which this apartment unfortunately does not have.

Perfectly fine place to rent. My only complaint is that some of the residents tend to get roudy in the courtyard. The building manager does a good job of addressing noise complaints. The property is well maintained as well. If theres every any issues, they get right on it. As far as rentals go, this spot is pretty good.

The apartment itself is fantastic. Everybody I’ve interacted with have been cool. Theres been one incident of noise. But, that was handled quickly by the building manager.

I love living here, and it is truly a great place to live. My only concern is my neighbors on the other side of my wall have been throwing large and excessively loud parties for the past 2 years I've lived here. I'm not sure if they still live there, but after emailing management many times about this issue, it was never resolved.
