I have been here for years and this new staff is great. Its the building and certain people in it I only have one complaint about maintenance and fresh paint would be appreciated since the first landlord went the cheap route.

There is no laundry room here. It may be listed but we dont have one yet.

I wish we had a laundry room in the building it would be more convenient to every that don’t have transportation to go to a laundromat. Also the water pressure gets low if others are using the water in the build and the hot water isn’t hot as it used to be.
