I have lived in 1000 S Clark for 18 months. I can definitely feature the top-notch amenities of the building and the resident orientation of the 1000 S Clark team. I researched alternative buildings in the area and can confidently say that 1000 S Clark is a top choice in the area with a good value/price ratio. I met plenty of great people in the building, andI enjoy being a part of this community

The hot tub is more of a warm tub but besides that the amenities are great! The gym is one of the best in the city, and the saunas are always operational and hot.

The location is prime and the view is unbeatable! The only flaw I’d give is that the windows dont open up enough to let a good breeze in. Otherwise, we absolutely love this place and plan to stay for awhile!
