Great staff, high quality appliances, centrally located and you can't beat the views.
Beginning experience
During the move in process and during my first few months the staff has been super quick to respond to problems and issues. There is a fair bit of construction noise though.
Location over everything
3/4 property managers within 1 year. I was told I would be reimbursed 3 months of rent because plumbing and elevator issues while I stayed in a hotel. Property manager; Holly, is amazing now and runs it NOW how it should have been in the first place. Location is everything, and it is quieting down inside. Overall, if they came back with some compensation for what I was promised I would have given it a solid 5. For now 4.5.

I am enjoying living in downtown Meridian, great location. the apartment is great, little growing pain bumps, but it is great. I may need to 2 bedrooms later. Staff is amazing and very helpful. I would recommend Old Town Lofts to family and friends. Thank you guys your very much appreciated.
