Old Town Loffs maintenance, I could not be more impressed by the quick response to any of my maintenance needs. Jason is polite, genuine and works with my schedule to complete my work order. He is informative, clean never leaves a mess and trustworthy. Always completes his work with asking if there is anything else that he can do.

Old Town Lofts building manager, Holly has given me an amazing experience from the beginning. Her stellar customer service outshines any that I have seen before. She is component, listens to her tenants, but not shy from saying how it is sometimes. She has a gift at reading people and giving them the best experience. I could not be happier to live in such a pet friendly community where I know all of us will be taken care of and safe. The apartment are open lit up by the natural light and spacious. The immunities workout room, storage and mail room so close and convenient. If you want to go eat, shop, get your hair and nails done or even a tattoo, it’s only a short walk from your front door.

I have been here for a bit over 2 years, since it opened and had zero issues. The new manager is great! She is friendly and responsive.

During the move in process and during my first few months the staff has been super quick to respond to problems and issues. There is a fair bit of construction noise though.
