One problem after another

For the past 2 months rhe noise between 12am and 5am has been out of control and it gets worse as the days go on. The police are constantly out because of many things like this I have even had to call the police.

Pennwood needs a few changes. Preferably someone to keep the clubhouse clean on the weekends. A faster response time especially to residents.

Has been a really spacious apartment but too noisy and expensive. I dont appreciate the rent going up every year to the point where I can no longer afford it and am forced to move.

Very happy living there

If it were not for Chelsea Holzer's, (the manager)attentiveness I do not believe my stay there would have been as pleasurable. She was so attentive to the needs of her residents. It was my experience, that when there was a problem, she handled it in a very timely manner. I liked her from the first time I met her.
