This new 34-unit mixed-use, mixed-income community is a collaboration with the City of Driggs, Driggs Urban Renewal Agency and the Teton County Joint Housing Authority. The land for Depot Square is being contributed by the City on a long-term land lease. Depot Square is a creative way of stimulating affordable housing development in resort communities, where the land values are high and often cost prohibitive. Depot Square will boast 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units as well as 3 live/work units. These live/work units feature retail frontage along Depot Street and a 2-bedroom unit accessed from the property interior. There will also be retail space and four Proof-of-Concept spaces. These Proof-of Concept spaces are designed to help local entrepreneurs begin their journey with smaller retail areas that are provided on short-term leases. The Proof-of-Concept Spaces will be available through the City of Driggs Economic Development
