Staff is very friendly and helpful, was disappointed when we realized that there was no microwave in the kitchen and the fridge was smaller and older than anticipated.

Thank you very much, Shannon and staff for picking up dog waste, especially prior to new snow. Also thank you so much for emptying dog waste can on south side so promptly. So great to live in a clean environment! I and several others appreciate it!

I love it here. Even with the busy traffic and the High School across the street, it's about as peaceful as it can be. I've lived here for over 3 years, I have plenty of room, the rent is fair and the services of the complex are plentiful. The staff is efficient for the 5 days per week that they are available. If I can suggest anything, it would be that a complex of this size NEEDS 24/7 on-site representation from Management.

We have lived here over 3.5 years now and it's been a fairly good experience. The apartments are a bit old but anytime anything breaks, maintenance comes and fixes it pretty quick. We our little apartment because it's on the top floor and we have vaulted ceilings. It's been the perfect size for our little family of 3 and the location is great.
