The common areas are terribly maintained. Badly stained carpet for the last two and a half years. Maintenance took weeks to replace water heater. Another time took weeks to fix heater. Mattresses lay by dumpster for weeks. Maintenance crew leave stuff behind on floor of apartment. Driveways have potholes. Fallen branches lie on ground for days, sometimes weeks. I could go on... On a positive note, the building is pretty quiet.
