Pet Rent is $25.00 per pet.   Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on the property. No pets over ninety (90) pounds when fully grown. No puppies or kittens fewer than 6 months old are allowed. All pets must have a pet deposit of $200.00 plus pay a non-refundable $200.00 pet fee for one (1) pet and a pet deposit of $100.00 plus a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for two (2) pets, which is to be paid prior to bringing an animal onto any portion of the premises. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.

I have lived here for 8 years, yes it's a large Apartment complex, but I have enjoyed a lovely place. Convient location and staff is great.

I live in my complex part time when I'm in town for work. It's quiet, well taken care of and close to just about anything you need. There are other complexes nearby but this is the nicest. Highly recommend.
