noise is minimal, except for the front door on SE corner slamming shut super hard multiple times an hour... gets annoying as my apartment is near that main entrance. If I close the fire door someone always props it open. The back of the apartments- the landscaping is very very poor in relation to the front of building opposite of 422. Some apts patios at front of building 422 look like zoo's- trashy stuff on patio or balcony makes the place look trashy.
