Brick Towne At Waukee Central 422 Southeast Laurel Street

I am disappointed in the landscaping especially in the back of 422. the other building has a beautiful front view that i wish was duplicated at 422. in 422 every spring we have blackbirds living in the vents and they defecate all over the building and the cars in the southeast corner. i am sometimes afraid to walk outside and there is massive defecation on my patio as well. the noise used to be good until the neighbor upstairs got a cat, the cat plays with toys above my bedroom all hours of the night. sometimes loud bangs as if things are being knocked over. the main doors tend to slam shut and being right on the corner I hear everything. I will shut the fire door if it gets to be too much but someone always opens it. it would be nice if it were required to keep the firedoors closed as this would help with noise greatly.

Overall its a good place to live. Great location and great landlords.

noise is minimal, except for the front door on SE corner slamming shut super hard multiple times an hour... gets annoying as my apartment is near that main entrance. If I close the fire door someone always props it open. The back of the apartments- the landscaping is very very poor in relation to the front of building opposite of 422. Some apts patios at front of building 422 look like zoo's- trashy stuff on patio or balcony makes the place look trashy.

Its a nice place to live and very pet friendly.

it would be nice if you would fix the lawn care. hate going out looking at dirt where grass should be.

Ever since waukee central got a new leasing lady you cant find her in the office EVER and dont expect replies to your emails. Even if you are trying to add somthing to your lease. You know, give bricktowne more of my money. She cant even get back to me on thag
