Place is going to hell
Lately the new residents seem to think this is a wasteland. Dog poop EVERYWHERE and garbage. It used to be a beautiful property.

Maintence is very friendly and helpful. Admin. staff is not so friendly and helpful. Once you have signed a lease they treat you as the enemy.

We have been here 6 months now, and very much like our new home. Didn't see a better place when we were looking. Responsive staff. Roomy apartment. Like the garage parking option!
