Have lived her almost 3 years. Staff are helpful. Maintenance is responsive. roomy apartment, lots of light in ours. Noise level is acceptable. Love the option to have an indoor parking place in the cold of wither and the heat of summer. Very happy here.

We love living at 62W. Heated inside parking. Salt water pool! Great maintenance and office staff!

Lately the new residents seem to think this is a wasteland. Dog poop EVERYWHERE and garbage. It used to be a beautiful property.

Maintence is very friendly and helpful. Admin. staff is not so friendly and helpful. Once you have signed a lease they treat you as the enemy.
