Pets allowed. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

So convenient, close to family, shopping, bank, groceries. The access to interstate makes it easy to get around the city as well.

Like it here. Plan to stay. A little tired of the gossip and bullying I noticed. Good area easy access to many of my Dr's and grocery stores.

This is a 55plus income based complex . After signing lease it was then stated there wiuld be additional costs for Wi/Fi internet , no cable but should be installed soon additional costs and within first year now being advised of rent increase to amounts that some tenants will not be able to afford. Maintenance is no longer employed for conplex so any service requests can not be taken care of . Office property manager inly works 4 daus a week with limited “open door” to assist tenants. Which can be difficult for tenants that dont get around much or leave their apartments much. So we are left on our own to handle. Managrment shows zero compassion for the tenants needs or her job.

I ve been here since Feb. 2023, the building is new and I am the first tenant in this apartment. I enjoy the community and the staff here is excellent. I have shown off the apartment to many friends and one of them is now approved to move in the building next door when it is done. She is so excited. I love it here. The quiet is what I have needed.
