I've emailed staffing about parking in basement never got a reply. I've reported blood spatter in hallways floors and walls and never heard a reply or it hasn't been cleaned.

Pretty decent

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, you can’t even hear your neighbors, perfect place to live. Great view and 45 min walk to the bars

It’s a great place to live if you want to be in the heart of downtown! Very close to great restaurants and entertainment while minimizing noise and congestion!
