My wife and I have resided here over 5 years and have been through a lot. I could mention it all but I won't. The Positive Though, What I will tell you is that the current Property Manager and Assistant PM do a great job. They have addressed concerns and have went above and beyond. We had things fixed or replaced right away. After some vandelism, put in brighter lights but more could be done there but on the right track or direction. They also finally installed a lock on the laundry room. The main thing communication, it is fundamentally the most important thing that we share. They have met or exceeded our expectations as much as I hope we have met or exceeded there expectations. We enjoy living here and that its close to a store, restaurants, and a bus line make it perfect when things don't always go right. You'll have a hard time convincing me, these two wronged you without letting me the whole thing, and I mean that. Ive never seen it. Communication, 100 percent.

Lived here for 5 plus years because the cost and location are decent, however getting repairs taken care of and other maintenance is next to impossible, and they don't give notice when they're coming to inspect or fix something.

Everything is okay. Everything is good. I have no complaints

refreg door put on the other side months ago and it still has not been done

It was good for the money but inflation hit. I well understand apt living but the noise is rediculess.
