The Griffin Building

The units are large and affordable. the building is clean and quiet. there are some homeless that hang around the building but wont bother you. no parking and no amenities.

My living experience has been good so far. The area and building are very nice and haven't had any issues. The maintenance is fast to look into problems, but not to resolve them. I have been awaiting word on an appliance issue for over a month now with a significant lack of communication from building maintenance/building managers.

Good place and convenient, only downside is paying for parking and elevator being slow at times. I think yhe pros outweigh the cons, also the view is great

I've lived here nearly a year, and so far I've had a great experience. The downtown location is awesome, only a few blocks away from the farmer's market and all festivals nearby. The few times that things have been on the fritz, maintenance shows up quickly and is always helpful. Landlord is responsive and kind!

I've lived here for over a year and really enjoy the location. There really aren't any amenities that come with the building. Parking is far, but rather convenient - a short walk by street or through the skywalk.
